We were looking for a property in Collingwood that we could use ourselves but also rent when we were not using the property. Kelly’s knowledge of the short and long term rental market in Collingwood was so valuable in helping us find the right property. We now enjoy skiing in the winter months at our ski chalet and have full rentals throughout the other season to help offset our operating costs.
